We are Jean-Noël and Odette. In 2023, we bought Quinta de Religães. That summer, we harvested our first vintage and brought to life Gosto da Alma – the taste of soul.
What we are building is more than a winery. It is a modern monastery – a place of focus, beauty, and intention.
